Adwar Alkamesi holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from Macquarie University. He has been admitted as a solicitor in NSW since November 2017 and has over 6 years of experience.
Adwar primarily practises in property law, contracts, commercial law, and leasing in New South Wales. He also has experience in conveyancing matters across the country as well as contract review, strata report reviews, commercial, retail and industrial leasing, off-the-plan matters, guarantor and loan advice, wills and power of attorneys and estate planning. Adwar also has some general experience in family law, criminal law, employment law, debt recovery and other miscellaneous areas of practice.
Adwar has worked in several private firms and has represented clients in large scale property transactions involving property transactions totalling more than $250 million. With over 6 years of experience, Adwar has been involved in various high-profile and vigorously contested property matters and has achieved incredible results for his clients. He navigates complex transactions with precision and provides tailored advice to high-net-worth individuals, developers, investors, corporations, and government entities.
