Anna Lozynski holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology) from Deakin University. Further, she has attained her Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Ethics, Skills and Law from Monash University and completed her legal training at the highly reputable law firm, Minter Ellison. Anna was admitted in the Victorian Supreme Court in April 2005. In addition to her Australian qualifications, Anna has also studied law in Beijing, Utrecht and Boston.
With nearly two decades of legal prowess, Anna is a seasoned commercial lawyer. Her journey encompasses a diverse array of industries (automative, banking, cosmetics), where she has honed her skills in contract negotiations, risk mitigation, and strategic counsel. A stalwart advocate for her clients, she thrives on delivering practical solutions that align with business objectives. As a former executive General Counsel, Anna has a comprehensive understanding of commercial law is underscored by a commitment to excellence, ethical practice, and a proven track record of fostering successful business partnerships. Committed to the intersection of law and commerce, she brings a wealth of experience to solving legal problems.
