Jessica Smith holds a Bachelor of Law from the Southern Cross University. After completing her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law Jess was admitted to practice in Western Australia in 2019.
Jess has experience in Wills, Estates, Contested Estates, Family Law, Compulsory Acquisition and Commercial and Retail Leasing. Jess has a keen interest in collaborative practice and mediation.
Jess is also a NMAS accredited mediator and a member of the NSW Law Society.
In her spare time, Jess enjoys gardening and CrossFit. Jess also has two young boys who love to play soccer and go surfing. During the summer, you can find Jess at the beach when she’s not helping clients resolve their legal matters.
