Justin Richard holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia and completed his post graduate qualifications as a Chartered Governance Professional with the Governance Institute of Australia. Justin also holds a Master of Business Administration from London Business School.
He was admitted to practise law in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2007 after completing his articles at Minter Ellison, and was admitted to the High Court of Australia in 2010. Justin brings with him an array of experience in legal practice having worked in commercial / business law and corporate governance, including engineering and construction contracts, mediation, shareholder agreements, asset sale agreements, international joint venture agreements, ASX and JORC reporting.
Justin enjoys travel and has visited six continents so far, with Antarctica remaining on his bucket list. In both his work and travel he enacts the notion of ‘begin with end in mind’ to achieve successful outcomes.”
