Holding a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Victoria University (2017), Lana completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Leo Cussen Centre for Law (2017) and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in February 2018. During her studies Lana completed placements at the Office of Public Prosecutions Victoria, Family Court of Australia and Victoria Legal Aid.
Lana works with our clients on all property law, conveyancing and wills and estates matters. Lana excels at anything she is put to, having quickly transition from junior lawyer to head of the property law division in her first role as a solicitor as well as securing the head of property law and Wills & Deceased Estates team in her subsequent role. These leadership skills are self-evident in Lana’s dealing with clients. With her friendly, approachable manner and genuine commitment, Lana is an absolute delight to work with and a highly valued member of our team.
Lana is an active member of the community having volunteered as a paralegal and lawyer at the WEstjustice night service providing advice to disadvantaged clients on their legal matters.
Lana speaks fluent Arabic and is available to speak to clients who require Arabic interpretation
Achievements and Memberships:
Lana has two young children (4-year-old and 5 ½ month old) who keep her on her toes. She enjoys swimming, having completed 5 and 8KM swim trials and is now looking to get back into it. Lana also loves dessert.
