Pat Mulligan holds a Bachelor of Law and Arts at Griffith University which he completed in 2004 before going on to attain his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the Australian National University in 2008. Pat was admitted to practice in 2009. Pat has also completed his Master of Law at the Australian National University in 2013 with a focus on commercial and contract law.

Pat commenced his legal career in various national law firms before opening his own practice in 2013. Pat brings a wealth of knowledge to his practice as a Solicitor Advocate with particular expertise in family law, criminal law, wills and estates and civil litigation.

Pat takes great pride in his advocacy and in the majority of cases, he will have conduct of your matter from start to finish including running your trial if necessary. Pat has appeared as an advocate for his clients in all courts including the Federal Circuit Court, Family Court, the Magistrates Court, County Court and Supreme Court and tribunals including VCAT and the Fairwork Commission. Pat provides practical, cost-effective advice and is committed to getting a favourable result for his clients. He is an experienced litigation lawyer with several years of experience in all family law matters, commercial disputes, estate litigation, employment law, building disputes and civil law matters.

In his spare time, Pat enjoys spending time with his family and being at the beach.
