Sammy Naghi holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. He was admitted in New South Wales in 2003 and in England and Wales in 2010.
Sammy practises in immigration law and is an accredited mediator through the London School of Mediation.
Sammy gets a lot of satisfaction from finding solutions for clients who feel helpless when trying to navigate the Australian visa system. He specialises in complex skills assessments and visa applications. He also represents visa applicants who are in detention and facing deportation, and those who have criminal convictions, medical issues, PIC 4020 fraud issues, or have received a negative visa outcome.
Outside of work, Sammy enjoys playing tennis, doing Bikram yoga and going for long walks.
