Serena was admitted in 2012 and practises predominantly in Family Law.
Serena is a pragmatic family lawyer and believes the best outcomes for her clients are achieved when they are provided with high quality and sensible advice that is tailored to their particular circumstances. She takes a holistic and supportive approach to legal practice and focuses on achievable outcomes.
Serena brings strong advocacy on behalf of her clients and seeks to maximise opportunities to a reach a resolution without the necessity of resorting to court litigation.
However, if court litigation becomes necessary Serena has experience appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in relation to property settlement, children’s issues, divorce and the Magistrates’ Court family violence proceedings.
