Shane McDowell holds a Bachelor of Laws from Central Queensland University and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law. He was admitted to the legal profession in the Supreme Court of Queensland and has practised exclusively in criminal law.
Shane has extensive experience across all aspect of criminal law from simple traffic infringements to domestic and family violence matters, and more serious criminal matters such as murder and manslaughter. He has appeared in the Magistrates Court, District Court and Supreme Courts of many states and territories.
