Silvana Santos holds a Bachelor of Laws from University of Adelaide and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Society of South Australia. She was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of South Australia and in the High Court of Australia in 2020.
Silvana is passionate about family law and has experience in all aspects of family law including property settlements, parenting disputes, divorce applications, spousal maintenance and children’s issues including those involving family violence.
Silvana has an empathetic nature, acts in the best interest of her clients and works in a timely and respectful manner. She prides herself on maintaining confidentiality and on her professionalism when dealing with complex and emotional situations.
Outside of work, Silvana enjoys spending time with family and friends and sweating it out at the gym.
