Umair Shakoor holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Federation University and a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University. He was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2023.

Umair has experience in Property Law, Contracts Law, Civil Litigation, and Criminal Law. Umair also possesses extensive expertise in various aspects of conveyancing, such as drafting contracts of Sale, conducting contract reviews, scrutinizing strata reports, handling commercial and retail leasing, managing off-the-plan transactions, and providing advice on guarantor and loans. Additionally, he has gained some exposure to Family Law and Intervention Orders.

Umair’s professional background includes working in a private firm, where he successfully represented numerous clients in property transactions, ranging from off-the-plan sales to property nominations. Whether facilitating a client’s first home purchase or assisting in an investment property transaction, Umair consistently ensures client satisfaction and a seamless property transaction process.

With diverse experiences, including internships at Victorian Legal Aid and serving as a Freedom of Information (FOI) officer at Victoria Police, Umair also brings an accounting background from his tenure at reputable organizations like the Australian Tax Office and Australia Post.
